We recommend implementing Far-Red into your grow in two ways. The first way is to supplement Far-Red alongside your main fixture to get the expansive plant response (Emerson effect/Shade avoidance response).
The second way to use the - Light should be set to turn on 15mins - 30mins before main lights turn off, with an additional 15 - 30 minutes running time at the end of the cycle when the main grow light has switched off. When used in this way the bar will act as a sleep initiator and will help your plants get some shut eye / fall 'asleep' a little faster
