(NEW IMPROVED RECIPE)

VEGAN FRIENDLY

Our compost tea starter mix Herbi’s BREW has been developed by us using the finest natural ingredients to boost microbial activity. Please combine the product with fresh premium worm castings or with your own compost. We took care that the ingredients are all plant based to minimize risk of contaminating the brew with bad bacteria.

NPK analysis:

3-2-4

Product designation:

Natural, Veganic

Primary function/use:

Use Herbi’s BREW and your choice of high quality worm castings and/or compost for making a great compost tea.

Well suited for:

Hydroponics, foliar application, soil and soil less.

Other product highlights:

Good with any compost tea brewer. This product can be also mixed with sand, clay, aged sawdust, and other materials to create an enriched mix for landscape beds, raised-bed gardens and indoor or outdoor gardens.

This is a custom compost tea mix. The mix includes a wide range of veganic materials such as fulvic acid, humic acid, kelp, amino acids and worm castings that assist plant development and growth.

How to mix:

Mix 1 part Herbi’s BREW with one part worm castings. For a 20L we would recommend 1/2 cup of each.

Allow to brew for a minimum of 24 hours.

For a ready to feed solution, mix 1 part brew to 4 parts water. Double the amount of water for usage on seedlings.

Precautions:

Please use the compost tea instantly after cutting off the aeration. Please use within 48 hours or extend by feeding some Molasses for another 48 hours keeping up the aeration.

Never use chlorinated tap water! If you have no alternative let the tap water aerate for 24 hours before adding HERBI’S BREW.

Brew Kit:

A 20L bucket with a strong air pump and two airstones will do the job. It’s important to keep the water surface moving – that brings in the oxygen into the water not the bubbles. Specialised setups create a vortex in the container which is the best way to get oxygen into the compost tea.

Use the compost tea leftovers from your tea bag to topdress around soil of your plants or just add it to your compost.
